We do accept international orders through the website. Please login to order and determine shipping. Internationally, we ship with tracking by UPS, Fedex or USPS Express Mail. Contact us for cheaper USPS service options, however these cannot be tracked and can take substantially longer to process through customs.

How to Order for International Delivery

To order internationally, simply REGISTER HERE for our site as an International Customer.  As a registered user, you will then be able to order all our products directly. 

Add products to your cart.

After you have selected all the desired products, click CHECKOUT.  In the checkout screen, you will be able to select your shipping service with the exact cost.
Place your order with a credit card.  You will receive an email with details of the order. 

Once your order ships, you will receive another email with your tracking #. 

International Shipping Details

We can ship and recommend shipping via FedEx, UPS, and DHL with tracking information and customs processing support.  These services cost approximately $100+ for shipping and generally arrive 3-5 days after they have shipped. 

We can also ship via US Postal Service Express, Priority and Airmail.  However, these services have minimal or no tracking, and do not assist in customs processing.  We can ship through the US Postal Service, but do not recommend using it and cannot guarantee delivery day or customs.

International Customs, Regulations, Taxes, and Duties
CranioRehab is not responsible for legal compliance with customs, regulatory and other laws, or for payment of any taxes or duties due as required for importing into any specific country, unless specifically noted. International Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns from international orders, unless prior approval is provided.  In cases of defective products, we will replace the item, but may require return of the original at the customers expense.  Contact us for more information on international returns and exchanges at 303-433-8770 or via our Contact Us page.
