Open Wounds Under Low Tension
DynaClose/DynaStretch strips provide an easy and non-invasive method to close retracted or dehisced wounds up to 5 cm in width. They act dynamically, moving with skin as it is stretched, while always providing a consistent appositional force. DynaClose provides a second chance at skin closure for failing wounds. The clear elastomeric strip is anchored by an adhesive fabric tape on either side. Continuous traction is maintained by regularly changing the DynaClose stiprs until the wound is closed.

The strips come in sets of 15 packs of 4 strips, for 60 total per set. They are available in two sizes:
