Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 2:00PM EST (11:00 AM PST) will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 2:00 PM EST (11:00 AM PST) will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

Free shipping is only for US domestic orders. Free shipping orders are generally processed and shipped in 1-3 days of being ordered. However, we do not guarantee the method, shipping date or arrival date of orders with free shipping.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by CranioRehab.com or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
