We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. We do accept returns of unopened items for up to 30 days from date of purchase. Returns will be credited back via the payment method, minus any extra shipping and a 15% restocking fee. Because of the medical nature of our products, we cannot accept opened items or returns after 30-days.  These products are generally designed for single-patient use, and cannot be easily reprocessed.
