Soup :)  my favorite any time of year! the more adventuresome the better. This recipe is from Martha SteSmooth Tomatoew Gaspacho Soupwarts Living Magazine Aug. 2011. It is a really easy chop and blend recipe with no cooking required. So full of goodness and flavor.

Just a few quick flicks of the puree button on your blender and Chill... Your first sip will fill you with goodness and great nutrition. Makes 4 servings, enough to fill up a few NutriSqueeze bags for later and a tall cool glass for now. Tasty and nutritious with all in season veggies.
