Summer Fresh Mango Smoothie

Treat yourself to this yummi-licious blend of mango, pineapple,banana and honey. Adding yogurt makes it rich and creamy, and Oh so good for you!

Recipe:
½ cup of unsweetened pineapple juice
2 cups frozen,chopped, peeled mangoes
½ of a medium ripe banana
½ cup of reduced fat plain or vanilla yogurt
1 Tablespoon of honey (preferable locally grown, to help reduce seasonal allergies)

In a blender, combine all ingredients, cover and process until smooth. Pour into tall chilled glasses and savor summer goodness!
